Beta Alanine

The non-essential amino acid beta-alanine, together with L-histidine, produces carnosine. A higher concentration of carnosine in the tissue is essential for athletes, as carnosine can increase the performance and endurance of the tissue. It also prevents the formation of lactic acid during intensive training and thus reduces symptoms of fatigue.

Dietary Supplement with beta-alanine can increase strength endurance and endurance performance by reducing the effects of the fatiguing byproducts of intense training. This, in turn, can contribute to greater gains in strength and lean body mass.
