Bodybuilding training is a strength training, of which the main goal is the desired transformation of the body.
The strength gain associated increases the muscles involved. The training can be done with free weights or special training machines.
Bodybuilding is usually trained with repetitions of eight to twelve per set, while in maximal strength training the workout is with higher weights but less repetitions.
15 to 25 repetitions work out the strength endurance. Usually, trained concentrically. In this case, the muscle is stressed by a large part of its movement range with constant a force as possible.
Most bodybuilders prefer single weights to also effectively train the connecting muscles and the natural balance of the body, which are not worked out by the machines.
Some exercise machines of this force profile are so controlled at the point via a cam gear or a cam, that the muscle is equally loaded in every phase of movement. Other forms of training result from an extreme reduction or increase in the number of repetitions.
It is important that, after the workout, the muscles have enough time to regenerate. For this reason, a split trainng is carried out in bodybuilding training, which is usually repeated weekly, and in which, during each workout a different muscle group is trained.
